We proudly serve clients in Aerospace, Automotive, Medtech, Industrial Manufacturing, and other regulated sectors.About the RoleWe’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new revenue and expand existing accounts in the West Coast territory. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from first outreach and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close—working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.This is a great role for someone who enjoys selling complex, technical software to teams that care about process, compliance, and traceability.What you'll DoOwn the full cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closeInbound + outbound: respond quickly to inbound leads and prospect targeted accounts in-regionSell to technical stakeholders: Engineering, QA, Systems, DevOps, Product, ComplianceGrow existing customers: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across teams and business unitsRun a clean pipeline: forecast, keep CRM accurate, and execute multi-channel sequences (email/phone/LinkedIn)Collaborate cross-functionally: align with Marketing/CS/Product to improve conversion and customer outcomesBring market insights: share feedback to sharpen messaging and campaignsWhat are we looking for? (Must have)2–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experienceProven experience owning full-cycle deals (mid-market preferred; enterprise is a plus)Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skillsComfortable selling into technical environments (Engineering / QA / DevOps / Systems)Strong remote communication + organization (pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, urgency)Able to work PST/MST business hours (location flexible if hours align)Fluent English (written and spoken)Nice to have Experience selling engineering/QA workflow tools (ALM, requirements, test management, DevOps, PLM, systems engineering tools)Exposure to regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, MedTech, Energy, Industrial)Familiarity with compliance/standards contexts (traceability, audits, verification/validation)Technical degree (Engineering/CS) — not required if you can sell to technical buyersWhy Joing VisureHigh-impact product in a growing niche: compliance + safety + engineering productivityRemote-first culture with autonomy and clear expectationsOpportunity to grow into Senior AE / Strategic AE/leadership as the territory scales
