The Role:We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and help fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales. You'll play a key role in shaping the hiring strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines as we scale rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies.
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms.
Build and maintain talent mapping and pipelines for key roles and future needs.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and other People functions to align on talent strategies, role design, and market insights.
Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring plans and organizational growth.
Help optimize recruiting operations, leveraging ATS and other tools to ensure a smooth and scalable process.
Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring process.
Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Proven track record recruiting across technical and/or non-technical roles.
Demonstrated ability to partner with founders, hiring managers, and executives to shape and influence hiring strategy.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a knack for identifying top talent.
Ability to work with urgency while maintaining high quality standards and thoughtful candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience scaling talent teams or organizations in startup or hypergrowth environments.
Familiarity with compensation structures and equity benchmarking in early-stage startups.
Experience with Talent Operations to implement and optimize recruiting tools, systems, and workflows.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, and leveraging them for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted.
Base Pay Range (Plus Equity)
$160,000 - $200,000 USD
