What the job involves As the Investment Services - Associate Director / Director, you will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility, partnering with the deal teams closely on execution, on‑going deal management and fund management of the firm’s US deals, acting as a crucial link between the investment and centralised team functions. You will report into the Global Head of Investment Services whilst leading a small US based team. Serve as the senior contact to deal teams for US deal execution Lead coordination across tax, legal, regulatory and operational workflows Ensure compliance with fund LPA and frameworks Facilitate communication between US deal teams and EU fund management Develop region specific processes to optimise operations Maintain governance of investment structures Lead relationships with relevant external service providers Who we are looking for Previous experience within private equity investment operations or similar investment management firms Proven experience of coordinating with front office investment teams Understanding of the full investment life cycle Team management experience would be advantageous Familiar with US and European tax, risk, and compliance processes Proven experience with performance and operational reporting VISA sponsorship on offer The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
