This role is ideal for a collaborative, controls-focused cyber security professional who thrives in regulated, critical-infrastructure environments and is motivated by protecting operational reliability.As a Cyber Security Analyst at ATC, you will partner closely with Cyber Security Leadership and a broad set of technology and operational stakeholders to build, sustain, and operationalize cyber security programs that reduce organizational risk while enabling efficient technology operations.ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. However, this is not a remote role and would require relocation to the Pewaukee or Cottage Grove, WI area if you do not live close to either of those locations.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll help translate regulatory requirements and cyber security frameworks into practical, sustainable, and audit-ready controls that protect ATC’s enterprise IT and operational technology (OT) environments.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining clear, repeatable, and audit-ready cyber security program deliverablesSupporting and strengthening ATC’s cyber security incident response plans and activitiesPartnering with technology and business stakeholders to assess systems and processes and drive appropriate security controlsSupporting NERC CIP compliance workflows, evidence collection, and audit readinessDeveloping and maintaining key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and control attributes to provide meaningful visibility into cyber riskPerforming root cause analysis and troubleshooting to prevent recurrence of security issuesSupporting timely completion of Open Audit Recommendations (OARs), and Corrective Action Plans (CAPAs)Applying evolving industry threats, best practices, and regulatory guidance to continuously improve ATC’s cyber security postureWhat You’ll BringExperience working with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, SANS, ISO, or COBITHands-on experience designing and executing security and technology controlsExperience supporting regulatory compliance; NERC CIP experience strongly preferredKnowledge of incident response planning and executionExperience with risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and remediation coordinationAbility to perform security architecture and IT change reviewsWorking knowledge of enterprise and OT technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, endpoints, operating systems, and databasesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesWhy ATCAt ATC, you will do work that truly matters—protecting the systems that power homes, businesses, and communities. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
