Brewery - Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Brewery Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a lively brewery environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves pouring beers, serving food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or fine dining is highly valued. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. The position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic brewing and hospitality team dedicated to quality service and craft beverages. Duties Prepare and serve beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and toast POS Take customer orders accurately while providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Assist with food service, including serving food items during events or in the bar area Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills, especially during busy nights or events such as nightclub nights or banquets Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations Support catering events or large parties by providing attentive service in a fast-paced environment Engage with customers to promote sales of beverages and merchandise while fostering a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in restaurant, retail math, or food industry settings is preferred Fine dining experience or banquet experience is advantageous but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or hospitality environments is beneficial Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in brewing or beverage service roles is desirable but not mandatory Join our team to bring your passion for hospitality and craft beverages into an energetic environment where your skills will be appreciated.
