We are currently operating across 10+ markets nationwide — Scottsdale, Austin, Nashville, Charleston, Miami, and more. We've been featured on Shark Tank, we're backed by investors who believe in what we're building, and we're just getting started.We're hiring our first dedicated Event Sales Representative — but if you're picturing a transactional closer who moves on the moment a deal is signed, this isn't that role. The event industry is competitive, and clients have options. What sets us apart is the experience we create from the very first conversation, and we need someone who understands that the sale doesn't end at the booking confirmation.You'll own the client relationship from first inquiry to post-event follow-up. You'll ask the right questions, build thoughtful quotes, coordinate the right staff, and make sure every event we touch reflects the standard we've built our reputation on. Inbound leads are being responded to in minutes. You're building accurate, detailed quotes, asking the right discovery questions, and setting client expectations clearly from the start. Your booked events are running smoothly because the groundwork was laid correctly.By month six, you've established a rhythm across the full event lifecycle. Clients are coming back because the experience of working with you was seamless. Your post-event follow-ups are generating reviews, referrals, and repeat bookings. You've started identifying and pursuing corporate and B2B opportunities that could become long-term partnerships.By year one, you've materially grown revenue for The Cocktail Crew, you own a book of repeat clients, and your commission reflects the relationships you've built — not just the deals you've closed.Responsibilities:Sales & Client ConsultationRespond to all inbound event inquiries within 15 minutes during business hours — first response speed is a baseline expectation, not a differentiatorLead discovery conversations that uncover the client's full vision — guest count, vibe, venue, budget, special requests — and translate that into the right packageBuild detailed, accurate quotes and shopping lists tailored to each event's specific needsConsult clients on what will actually make their event great, not just what closes the dealHandle the full sales cycle independently for smaller events and partner with leadership on larger, more complex bookingsManage inquiries across The Cocktail Crew and our sister brand Cabana Boys as neededIdentify and pursue B2B leads — corporate event planners, hotels, venues, and companies with recurring staffing needs — using AI-assisted prospecting toolsEvent Coordination & Follow-ThroughEnsure the right staff are assigned to every event based on the client's needs, the venue, and the experience level requiredServe as the point of contact for clients between booking and event day — answer questions, confirm details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracksConduct post-event follow-ups with every client: confirm the event went well, address any issues proactively, and collect a reviewUse post-event feedback to flag recurring issues, identify upsell opportunities, and improve the booking process over timePipeline & OperationsMaintain clean, current CRM records at all times — your pipeline should tell the story of every lead without anyone needing to askLog all activity, follow-ups, and client communications consistentlyBring market intelligence back to leadership — what objections you're hearing, what competitors are offering, what clients are asking for that we don't yet provideCandidate Requirements:You must have:1+ years of experience in sales, event coordination, hospitality, or a client-facing role — ideally more than one of theseGenuine attention to detail — you catch the things that fall through the cracks before they become problemsStrong written and verbal communication — you can manage a client's expectations clearly and warmly without overpromisingThe ability to juggle multiple active events and leads across different markets without losing track of any of themComfort with CRM tools, quoting, and basic logistics coordinationSelf-direction — you work remotely and manage your own time without needing to be managedYou'll thrive here if:You take ownership of the outcome, not just the transaction — if an event goes sideways, you want to know and you want to fix itYou're motivated by commission tied to relationships, not just volumeYou find genuine satisfaction in getting the details right — the right staff, the right package, the right follow-upYou can match the energy of a client planning a bachelorette party and the professionalism of a corporate buyer in the same afternoonYou see post-event follow-up as part of the job, not a choreYou have experience working with Go High LevelCompensation & GrowthThis role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission tied directly to your performance and the relationships you build.
