The ideal candidate will analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness to help optimize revenue and user experience across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze e-commerce data including website traffic, conversion rates, customer journeys, and sales trendsWork with large datasets using SQL and Excel to extract, clean, and validate dataCreate dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsMonitor KPIs such as cart abandonment, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide actionable insightsPerform A/B testing analysis to evaluate campaign and website performanceIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategiesAssist in forecasting sales and demand planningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects acceptable)Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics is a plus)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder interaction skillsPreferred SkillsBasic knowledge of Python or R for data analysisExperience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar toolsUnderstanding of digital marketing metrics (SEO, SEM, campaign performance)Visa RequirementsOpen to all work-authorized candidates (No sponsorship available at this time)Work ModelRemote flexibility availableOccasional team collaboration meetings based on business needs
