Junior Litigation Associate

The role includes:Representing unions, their associated benefit plans, union members and other clients in a variety of Labor, Employment & ERISA actions in state and federal courts, before the National Labor Relations Board and in arbitration;Research and drafting memoranda; drafting pleadings; conducting discovery; drafting motions; and judgment enforcement;Assist with the preparation and participate in negotiations for mediations and settlement conferences;Research and other support for partners advising unions and multi-employer benefit funds on compliant day-to-day operations of their institutions.Qualifications:1-3 years of litigation experience;Admission (or pending admission) to the New York bar;Strong research and writing skills;Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written); andA high level of attention to detail and organization.This role is full-time and in-office (located in the Financial District of NYC).Salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus benefits.If interested, please submit your resume through LinkedIn.
