Sr Production Scheduler

Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Create the weekly Production Plan (MPS) along with the Operations Supervisor inside of the execution window (4 week window).Work Clear to Build (CTB) for each of your assigned outlines for the Execution window to identify shortages preventing execution of the plan and then work with Procurement and the FSR team to resolve those shortages in a timely manner.Develop recovery plans along with Operations to share with the Customer Business Team and Customer Operations team.Translate your Production Plan and CTB data into a financial commitment. Develop and execute the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and associated initiatives to achieve on-time shipments meeting internal and external customer needs.Drive efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and supply schedules that anticipate and adapt to variable demand requirements.Strategize with the broader supply chain team on opportunities to level-load the plan to improve service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment and delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.Anticipate and mitigate implications of problems and gaps to the plan (SIOP) and communicate/escalate issues accurately.Serve as liaison between cross-functional departments including Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE10+ years’ experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment or a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related.Strong expertise in Materials Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain execution.Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis, Macros.SAP experience for master data management and material control accuracy including facilitating SAP error cleanup.Strong communication skills, as role can be customer facing and leadership facing.Proven ability to develop and execute SIOP processes and manage supply planning to meet customer demand effectively.Demonstrated skills in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.WE VALUEExperience in materials management, SIOP, inventory management, MRP, MPS, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.APICS or CPIM certification is highly desirable.Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Expertise in leading change initiatives and mentoring peers or new leaders.QualificationsABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
