Bilingual Senior Client Service Manager, Payroll

Overview In this role you lead a bilingual client services team within ADP’s payroll and HCM domain, shaping daily operations and client outcomes. You partner with executive-level clients and cross-functional teams to stabilize at-risk accounts and drive book expansion. You’ll mentor staff, manage performance, and influence strategic initiatives, all while sustaining an inclusive, collaborative culture.
