Job Title: Program Manager Job Description: Sanford Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Program Manager to: Oversee all Contract Program Management Activities. Manage personnel, finances, operations, facilities, resources, risk, quality control, and contract management reporting. Supervise Task Order Leads and ensure proper assignment of work. Handle proposal negotiations with the CO/COTR and ensure responsiveness. Maintain control over projects, set objectives, assign responsibilities, and document outcomes. Possess a comprehensive understanding of technical and management aspects of the contract. Interface with Government management, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives. Establish and enforce work standards, schedule work, and review performance. Communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates. Provide support to the Director, Leadership team, or Management team as necessary. Job Requirements: Master’s Degree specializing in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Information Technology (IT) from a college or university accredited by a body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education is mandatory. Possession of PMP Certification or a minimum of 2 years managing large Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) projects (with 300+ Full-Time Equivalents) in place of PMP Certification is required. Familiarity with FAA AMS is a prerequisite.
