About the Role As a Production Process Engineer, you will drive operational excellence by optimizing complex machining workflows and leading technical initiatives for high-precision components. You will serve as a key technical resource, leveraging your expertise in CNC programming and process development to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities Design and implement robust manufacturing routings and process documentation to streamline production cycles. Develop and optimize CNC programs to maximize throughput and maintain rigorous quality standards. Lead cross-functional engineering projects focused on continuous improvement and cost reduction. Analyze and resolve complex tooling and machining challenges to minimize downtime. Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and refine manufacturing drawings and fixtures. Participate in quality assurance boards and corrective action processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Apply value engineering principles to reduce lead times and improve overall operational performance. Qualifications Required Skills 7+ years of professional experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming (G-Code/M-Code). Expertise in blueprint reading, including comprehensive knowledge of GD&T. Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize multi-axis CNC mill and lathe operations. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience with major CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Mazak, or Haas. Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
