Maintenance Coordinator

Innovation and movement toward a cleaner, less carbon-intensive world accelerates SNF’s growth.The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and maintaining daily work execution, planning, and job status updates for the Flopam department’s day-to-day maintenance. The Maintenance Coordinator will work on all general, reactive, and preventive maintenance for the Flocryl division.ResponsibilitiesGeneral ResponsibilitiesFollow up on all execution, planning, and job status updates for maintenance within the Flocryl organization.Review, coordinate and prioritize work orders.Ensure all plant equipment is maintained.Ensure spare equipment and consumables are readily available for maintenance service (e.g. gaskets, pumps, motors, etc.).Coach maintenance crew on repair techniques and ensure the repairs are made along with proper materials.Actively participate in all maintenance planning and review meetings.Coordinate special projects.Reactive MaintenanceTroubleshoot process equipment.Coach and train operators on proper equipment troubleshooting.Act as liaison between maintenance and operations to ensure the equipment is routinely serviced and if needed, the repair is performed promptly.Assist Floquip Maintenance Planner with ordering the correct equipment/inventory.Ensure that decontamination, lockout/tag-out, and commissioning plans are prepared for any maintenance being performed.Preventive MaintenanceAssist in the development of operational preventive maintenance procedures.Perform preventive maintenance tasks.Monitor operator round sheets for maintenance issues.Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and replaced as necessary.QualificationsEDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent - High School Diploma or GED is required.Experience5+ Years - Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience and/or training.
