Program Security Representative

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Knowledge of NISPOM. Ability and willingness to travel occasionally. Final Secret clearance and ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance.Job DescriptionThis position requires Final Secret clearance and ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance.Program Security Representative (PSR) for Theater Strike Weapons Systems at the Deer Creek, CO facility.Responsibilities Include Interpret and implement the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM Rule, and government customer directives as required by contract as well as Lockheed Martin policies. Maintain security compliance Maintain access lists to all controlled access areas, conduct clearance validations, and partner with internal and external customers. Develop and implement program unique security plans (e.g. OPSEC, PPIP, operating instructions, end of day checklists, etc.).PSR will also be responsible for multiple facets of security operations such a physical security, visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, investigations, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections and other tasks required by the Security Manager. Protect all facets of the National Industrial Security Program by ensuring a fully integrated security program. Many of our programs are supported at multiple facilities across the country, it is critical to ensure ongoing communication between PSRs at all sites to ensure program personnel receive consistent guidance and support regardless of which facility they reside.Successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, make effective decisions and deliver timely results.Desired Skills Experience with SIMS Database IRAD Experience - - COMSEC experience SIPRNet experience Experience with Document Reviews for accuracy of markings Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254 and understand SCGs Knowledge of Risk Management principles and application of sameOther Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
