Logistics Coordinator Location: Wilton CTSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pmOR2nd shift: Monday to Friday: 2:30 pm to 11 pmOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join an operations team supporting a fast-paced warehouse and cleanroom environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating material flow, supporting operational planning, and ensuring efficient execution across supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, materials management, and supply chain operations, along with strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics operations within warehouse and/or cleanroom environmentsDevelop and manage shift-level personnel planning to ensure adequate staffing and outputCollaborate with operational planning teams to adapt to changing demand and prioritiesIdentify and resolve workflow disruptions (e.g., damaged materials, system discrepancies); escalate cross-functional issues as neededSet priorities for shop floor teams to ensure timely task completionSupport and guide junior material handlers on processes and task executionMonitor and analyze material flow and quality issues; report findings to leadershipEnsure adherence to 5S+1 and safety standards through regular workstation inspectionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and operational processesParticipate in or lead operational projects, including process improvements and workflow optimizationContribute to cross-functional improvement efforts (e.g., value stream mapping, process workshops)Required QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)Hands-on experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operationsStrong knowledge of SAP / SAP ERP systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheetsExperience working in warehouse inventory and logistics environmentsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with data entry, order entry, and shipping/receiving processesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuiteExposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.)Key SkillsSupply Chain & Logistics ManagementMaterials CoordinationSAP / ERP SystemsWarehouse OperationsInventory ControlProcess ImprovementWhy Apply?Opportunity to work in a high-tech operational environmentHands-on experience with end-to-end logistics and supply chain processesExposure to cross-functional teams and process improvement initiativesStrong potential to build valuable experience in a leading logistics environmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wilton, CT.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
