Service Assistant

As a Service Assistant, you are an integral member of the front of house team, responsible for ensuring each guest experiences seamless, attentive, and elevated service from the moment they arrive. With a deep commitment to hospitality and respect for the artistry of fine dining, you will support both the service and culinary teams in maintaining the pace, cleanliness and ambiance of the dining room.  Responsibilities of the Service Assistant  Table Maintenance Discreetly clear and reset tables between courses and after guest departure, ensuring precision and cleanliness in every detail.  Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and proactively.  Ensure all tabletop elements (glassware, cutlery, linen, candle, etc) remain pristine and properly arranged throughout the guest’s experience.  Guest Support  Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with warmth and efficiency.  Assist with coat check, seating, and other guest accommodations as needed, always upholding Cynthia’s standards of grace and discretion.  Communicate any guest preferences, allergies, or feedback to the appropriate team member.  Floor Readiness  Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room, entryways, and service stations during service.  Polish glassware, silverware, and china to a flawless standard prior to each shift. Monitor floor traffic and collaborate with other team members and management to ensure a smooth flow of service.  Team Support Assist team members and management during peak periods by delivering dishes, retrieving supplies and supporting table maintenance.  Stay in constant communication with the kitchen, bar and management team to ensure timing and guest satisfaction are upheld.  Adhere to zero waste and sustainability protocols, including composting, recycling, and reuse initiatives as part of daily operations.  More detail about Anonymous - Opening Soon, please visit
