Case Manager

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals navigate through challenging situations and provide them with the necessary support and resources. *Duties* - Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans - Coordinate and monitor services for clients, including referrals to community resources - Provide counseling and guidance to clients on various issues such as housing, addiction, workforce development, childcare, and crisis intervention - Advocate for clients within the legal system, social services, and other agencies - Supervise and mentor clients to promote personal growth and self-sufficiency *Skills* - Proficiency in areas such as Section 8 housing assistance, addiction counseling, mentoring, social work, child welfare, workforce development, childcare - Ability to utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in the goal-setting process - Strong supervisory skills to guide and oversee client progress - Excellent crisis intervention skills to address urgent situations effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift No weekends Ability to Commute: Memphis, TN (Required) Ability to Relocate: Memphis, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
