SummaryThe Auxiliary Services Graduate Assistant is a dynamic position within the University's Auxiliary Servicesdepartment, primarily responsible for providing support in various operational areas, including foodservices, mailroom, bookstore, vending, and the Student Union Office (ID center). The individual in this role will collaborate closely with department staff, vendors, and university stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery of auxiliary services to students, faculty, and staff.This position is available June 1, 2026Essential FunctionsOperational SupportProvide hands-on support for the ID Office assisting with the tasks such as ID printing, orientation planning, parking management system, and meal plan management.Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.Administrative TasksPerform administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation, to support the efficient operation of Auxiliary Service areas. Assist with the preparation and distribution of communication materials related to auxiliary services.Inventory ManagementAssist in monitoring inventory levels for ID services.
