Medical Assistant
Immediate Opening for Medical Assistant.
Must be detailed oriented for a busy, fast paced medical clinic.
Your duties included but are not limited to
Vital signs
documentation
review of ALL patient medications
Injections
Blood draw
EKG
Aortic Scan
Listening attentively to patient problems
Making sure patient flow is at a good pace.
Scheduling
Experience with Practice Fusion & Epic is a plus
Fluent Spanish speaking/reading/writing is preferred.
Applicant must be self driven and a quick learner.
Must be able to drive to our Munster Office when needed.
Must have reliable transportation.
Office hours are M-F 9am-6pm, but must be able to stay until the doctor is finished.
Saturdays 9am-12pm, but must be able to stay until the Doctor is finished.
Applicant must have 2-3 years experience in a clinic setting, primary care preferred. Resume must reflect recent experience.
Experience is a plus but we are willing to train.
