We work hands-on with founders to help them scale faster, build durable advantages, and unlock step-function growth. The Opportunity LvlUp Ventures is seeking a highly driven Venture Capital Intern to join our team for Fall 2026. This role is designed for a true go-getter—someone who can operate independently, execute relentlessly, generate ideas, and own projects end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the LvlUp Ventures team across investing, platform, and portfolio initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to how a high-velocity, institutional-grade venture firm operates in practice. This is an unpaid internship with a clear path to a paid return offer (intern or full-time) based on performance.The role is remote with an option to work in-person/hybrid at our Miami or NYC office locations. As a VC Intern, you will be embedded in the day-to-day execution of LvlUp Ventures. This is not a passive or observational role—you’ll be expected to take initiative, move fast, and deliver.You’ll support live investment activity, founder programs, ecosystem initiatives, and internal projects—often owning workstreams after training and apprenticeship. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the team with:Deal flow support and opportunity screeningMarket research, competitive analysis, and trend trackingInternal memos, dashboards, and portfolio trackingContribute to founder-facing and ecosystem initiatives, including:Accelerators, pitch competitions, demo days, and programsNew platform ideas, tools, or processes to improve executionIdentify inefficiencies and propose solutions—then help implement themWork cross-functionally with investing, platform, and operations teamsTake on ad-hoc, high-impact projects as they arise (fast-moving environment)Help run programs including the venture scout global program and more Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who:Is a self-starter and thrives with autonomyWants real responsibility, not busyworkIs comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things outHas strong judgment, follow-through, and execution discipline1–2+ prior startup internships (venture, startup, accelerator, operator role, consulting, or similar)Past or current founder experience is a major plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsComfortable juggling multiple workstreams at onceHigh integrity, high energy, and founder-first mindsetInterested in venture capital, startups, and company-building as a career path Diversity & Inclusion LvlUp Ventures is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
