Learning & Development Senior Program Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Learning & Development Senior Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.This role will lead the end-to-end execution of learning and development initiatives that support business priorities and strengthen leadership capabilities. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver impactful learning experiences, improve program adoption, and ensure strong alignment across stakeholders. It will also play a key role in planning communications, managing project details, and tracking results to elevate the effectiveness of the organization’s L&D strategy.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $145,350 – $199,878 annuallyResponsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of learning and development programs aligned with business goals Lead the evolution and creation of learning and development initiatives, enhancing existing offerings Advance strategic communication planning to engage learners and promote program value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate program deliverables effectively Maintain clear documentation and project plans to ensure alignment with learning and development goals Coordinate with external vendors and internal resources to maintain quality of learning and development solutions Assist in change management strategies to support smooth adoption of new learning and development initiatives Track project performance, including budgets and results, to evaluate program effectivenessQualifications 10+ years of program management experience in learning and development, HR, or a related field Strong project management skills for complex, multi-phase initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging and informing stakeholders Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines Familiarity with project management tools, LMS systems, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred certifications include GallupClifton Strengths, DiSC, or coaching certificationBenefits Hybrid work model offering flexibility and balance Culture of growth and development within the organization Opportunity to contribute directly to strategic learning and development initiatives Focus on enhancing leader capabilities and continuous learning Engagement with innovative tools and methods to enhance learning experiencesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
