This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their shipments on time and with exceptional care. Success in this role means operating vehicles safely, maintaining strong communication with dispatch, and upholding our company’s commitment to professional, courteous service.What Success Looks LikeOn-time deliveries with no incidents or damages.Excellent customer interactions and professionalism on every route.Consistent adherence to DOT regulations and company safety standards.Team collaboration with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customer service representatives.How This Role Fits InThe Truck Driver is essential to our logistics operations—connecting our services directly to customers. Your work supports every department by keeping our moving and transportation network running efficiently and dependably.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company trucks for local and regional routes.Load, transport, and deliver goods in accordance with job orders and route schedules.Inspect vehicles before and after trips, reporting mechanical issues to the maintenance team.Handle basic paperwork such as delivery confirmations, bills of lading, and logs.Communicate with dispatchers regarding schedules, delays, and delivery updates.Follow all federal, state, and company transportation regulations and safety procedures.Assist with loading/unloading as needed to ensure efficient service.QualificationsValid Driver’s License.Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.Strong time-management and communication skills.Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.Excellent attitude and teamwork skills.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.📍 Location: 110 Austin street, Bridgeport, Connecticut📅 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)💼 Join Our Team: If you’re dependable, customer-focused, and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you!
