Overview As a Sr. Store Associate - Part Time, you will actively connect with customers, addressing their needs by recommending the right products, services, and solutions to enhance their experience. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Centric Experience Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer. Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services. Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs. Store Operations Commitment Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes. Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily. Print and Tech Expertise Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion and comprehension of an advanced level of Print and Technology training, as well as any other applicable training. Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required. Compliance Adherence and Support Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company's loss prevention efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is 16.82 to 20.05, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
