Industrial Maintenance Electrician (Day Shift – 12-Hour Rotating Schedule)Schedule: Alternating 12-hour shifts, 6:54 AM – 7:00 PMScope of PositionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a day-shift rotating schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems across production equipment and facility infrastructurePerform both preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiencyRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to support installation and repair workInstall, inspect, and repair electrical components, including wiring, conduits, lighting systems, switchgear, and control devicesTest electrical systems and components for voltage, continuity, resistance, and currentMaintain and service motors, generators, transformers, switchboards, and control systemsDiagnose and repair industrial automation and electronic control systemsSupport and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic control systemsAssist with installation and calibration of instrumentation and related devices as neededMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationPartner with production teams to ensure proper equipment operation and provide training as neededMonitor product quality and make adjustments to processes to maintain standardsAdhere to and enforce all safety, quality, GMP, and company policiesQualificationsAssociate degree in an electrical-related field or industrial electrical certification (preferred)Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance electrician experience (preferred)Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniquesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and manage tasks to completionComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlinesProficiency with computers and basic software systemsReliable attendance and punctualityTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support othersPositive attitude with a focus on safety and qualityAdditional InformationOccasional travel may be required
