Participate in on-call rotations up to 4 shifts per month, including every 7th weekend. No floating requirements; focus exclusively on the assigned unit. Facility provides scrubs for all OR staff. Serve a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Common surgical procedures include orthopedic joint replacements, spine surgeries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, general exploratory laparotomies, and cholecystectomies. Utilize computerized charting systems such as Meditech and EPIC. Operate and manage all standard surgical equipment.This position involves working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment where patient care and safety are the top priorities.
