In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.JOB SUMMARY: The Texas Rangers are seeking a local, part-time ESL English and Cultural Teacher to work with international players and domestic players/staff at our High-A affiliate, the Hub City Spartanburgers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Utilize the Texas Rangers' baseball and life skills centered English-language curriculum to teach the minor league international players.Provide English language and life skills instruction part time during the team's homestands for the 2026 regular season April-September.Assess student progress and submit progress evaluations each homestand.Assist international players in learning English and American culture and acclimating to life in the affiliate city/community.All other duties as assigned.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBilingual English/SpanishPrevious ESL or Spanish classroom teaching experienceESL endorsement or certification preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and EnglishSignificant understanding or working knowledge of baseballComputer skillsAble to work flexible hoursSelf-starterValid driver's license and clean driving recordAble to work in outdoor/baseball stadium environmentThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
