Job DescriptionAre you a strategic leader who thrives on owning and driving complex programs from proposal through delivery? Jered—a PAR Systems company—is seeking a Program Manager to take full accountability for the performance of critical government and commercial programs.In this role, you’ll act as a “Mini General Manager,” overseeing planning, execution, customer engagement, and results across scope, schedule, and cost. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and contracts to deliver mission-critical systems that meet customer expectations and business goals. Success requires both a strategic mindset and strong tactical execution skills, particularly within a government contracting environment.Success CriteriaYour impact will be measured by how effectively you manage internal teams, customer expectations, and program deliverables to achieve business objectives. You’ll own the full program lifecycle—from proposal development and resource planning to production execution and sustainment—ensuring your programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality and compliance requirements.To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience navigating U.S. Government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR), strong leadership in a matrixed environment, and the ability to resolve risks, track performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
