Team LeaderThe team leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior. The team leader is responsible for supporting team members with daily operations, processes, and tasks as needed and overseeing the floor leadership. The team leader supports the promotion of a positive work environment and the development of team members.Essential functions:Assist the store manager/assistant store manager with daily operations, processes, and tasks as neededSupport sales and service to customers and resolve issuesMaintain, recover, and display merchandise according to standardsProvide excellent customer service and resolve issuesOversee all methods of loss prevention and monitor all methods of product protectionAssist the store manager/assistant store manager in maintaining control of the companys standards for fashion, color, and qualityAssist with training new sales associatesAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferredMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment or related fieldHigh level of integrityExcellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situationsDemonstrated proficiency in using personal computer and software applicationsEnvironmental demands:Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and lifting up to 55 lbs
