About the CompanyWe are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of a next-generation AI platform powering advanced, data-driven solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge generative AI technologies within a highly collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment.About the RoleYou will partner with a diverse group of engineers, data specialists, and product stakeholders to design and deliver scalable platform capabilities. A key focus of this position is adapting and extending platform functionality for government and defense-oriented applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and Next.jsBuild and integrate APIs and agent-based systems, including AI-driven and LLM-powered workflowsLeverage large language models (LLMs) for data processing, retrieval, and intelligent synthesisCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product leadersImplement robust testing, debugging, and code optimization practicesContribute to the development of confidence scoring and validation pipelines for AI outputsDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software deliveryWork with knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or cloud-managed equivalentsDeploy and manage applications across cloud environments (AWS preferred; Azure and GCP are a plus)Utilize containerization technologies to support scalable and portable deploymentsStay current with advancements in generative AI and agentic architectures, applying best practices to platform developmentQualificationsU.S. Citizenship is requiredExperience supporting defense or government environments, including handling classified dataActive Secret clearance required (Top Secret or higher preferred)7+ years of professional experience in software engineeringPrior experience working on enterprise-scale platforms is preferredRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Python for backend developmentHands-on experience building full-stack applications using React and Next.jsExperience with AI agents / agentic systems and LLM-based application designFamiliarity with knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and relational databases (PostgreSQL or cloud equivalents such as Amazon RDS)Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of confidence scoring mechanisms and validation pipelines in AI systemsExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with advanced AI and GenAI-driven platformsHands-on involvement in building advanced AI and GenAI-driven platformsA high-performance engineering culture with strong mentorship and growth opportunitiesContinuous learning through structured programs and real-world technical challengesThe opportunity to influence product direction and contribute innovative solutionsCollaboration with globally distributed, highly skilled teamsPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits packageEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
