Construction Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for a hands-on Construction Manager/ Superintendent to lead crews on a large project at SoFi Stadium. This person will oversee daily work, manage teams in the field, and help keep the project moving. They need to be comfortable stepping in and helping when needed - not just supervising. • Manage multiple field crews (cable pulling, installs, testing, etc.) • Oversee day-to-day work on site • Help coordinate tasks and keep project on track • Support installation work when needed (hands-on) • Guide teams on routing cable, mounting equipment, and installs • Ensure work is completed correctly and on timeREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• 5+ years in construction management • DAS experience preferred - "Distributed Antennae Systems" ○ Coax, RF, ethernet/ cat6, etc. • Experience leading multiple crews in the field • Experience with cable installs, mounting, and general build work • Comfortable working on job sites (ladders, lifts, etc.) Mechanically inclined (tools, basic construction skills)NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience on large construction projects (Stadiums, office buildings, hospitals, etc.)
