Senior AI and Workforce Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Work & AI Strategist to provide leadership in the design and delivery of policy and programs related to the future of work and AI readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of complex strategic initiatives for education, workforce, and public-sector clients Translate labor market data and AI-related analysis into practical tools and frameworks for practitioners and leaders Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across education, workforce, and research communities Required Qualifications Ph.D. with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years in social sciences, public policy, or related fields Experience delivering technical assistance to public agencies, nonprofits, or community-based organizations Prior experience in a mission-driven, nonprofit, philanthropic, or academic setting Experience managing projects or leading cross-functional teams Established networks in the field and willingness to cultivate relationships
