This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will act as a strategic partner, helping optimize time, streamline operations, and leverage modern tools.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across multiple stakeholdersCoordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, prep materials, and follow-upsHandle email triage and communications on behalf of executives when neededArrange travel logistics, itineraries, and accommodationsOperations & CoordinationSupport day-to-day operational workflows across leadership prioritiesTrack key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverablesPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materialsAssist with special projects, research, and ad hoc tasksAI & Productivity EnablementLeverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools) to draft communications, summarize information, and improve workflowsIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiencySupport executives in adopting AI tools for decision-making, research, and productivityStay current on emerging AI tools and recommend improvements to internal processesCommunication & Relationship ManagementServe as a point of contact between executives and internal/external partnersMaintain strong relationships with team members, investors, and partnersEnsure smooth communication flow across the organizationStrategic EnablementAnticipate executive needs and proactively solve problemsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencyHelp maintain focus on top priorities by filtering noise and managing competing demandsWho You Are2+ years of experience supporting executives, founders, or senior leadersDemonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflowsExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh level of discretion and professionalismAbility to operate independently and make sound decisionsComfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsPreferredExperience in startups, venture, consulting, or high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and calendar management platformsExperience implementing or experimenting with AI-driven workflows or automationsStrong attention to detail with a bias toward action
