Wireless Sales Representative duties: Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversations Demonstrate product features and perform product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer value and store sales Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and checkout procedures Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest wireless products Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise for easy customer access Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Use phone etiquette skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone or in person Support team supervision by mentoring new staff members or assisting in daily store operations when needed Conduct basic retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, or promotions to ensure accuracy Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or electronics retail environments Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that motivate team members Customer service skills focused on creating positive interactions and building rapport Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Phone etiquette skills for professional communication over calls or inquiries Familiarity with upselling strategies to increase sales opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Application Question(s): Are you authorized to work in the United States?
