Essential DutiesResponsibilities:
Operate a variety of CNC machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machine setups and operations.
Set up and adjust machines according to job requirements and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
Adhere to safety standards and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production numbers, and maintenance activities.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience operating machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to follow instructions carefully.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
40 hours per week
8 or 10 hour shift
