Job DescriptionCorporate AttorneyWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago with pay starting at 130K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters.Responsibilities:Advising on corporate legal issues and ensuring compliance with regulationsDrafting and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements and contractsHandling mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactionsProviding legal support for corporate governance mattersManaging legal disputes and litigation related to corporate issuesRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the stateStrong understanding of corporate law and regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
