What You'll Be DoingThis is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You'll be involved in both core accounting functions and ongoing operational projects: Perform GL reconciliations and maintain accuracy across accounts Track and manage loan balances and related activityReview and analyze expenses and financial dataAssist with financial reporting and month-end processesApprove bills and oversee payables workflowSupport various accounting and administrative projects as they arise Help maintain organization and efficiency in a high-volume transaction environmentWhat We're Looking ForStrong, hands-on accounting experience (this matters more than a degree) Experience with: General Ledger reconciliations Expense tracking and reporting Loan/account balance management Highly detail-oriented and organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume settingWillingness to jump in and help with projects and process improvementsA team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work No degree required-real-world experience and a strong work ethic are what count here.
