The Software Developer is tasked with designing, developing, testing, and supporting business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform on a fixed-term or project-based basis. This assignment partners with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that automate processes and improve operational efficiency.Key Tasks• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).• Build and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate.• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.• Integrate applications with data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Excel.• Develop and manage custom connectors and APIs as needed.• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer as required.• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Power Platform best practices.Required Qualifications• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.• Strong understanding of data integration and relational databases.• Experience with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Power Apps Developer Associate preferred).• Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors.• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS for advanced customizations.• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
