Assistant Project Manager

You'll work directly with industry leading Project Managers and Project Executives, who came up through the APM role themselves, supporting and building world-class projects.The WorkYou'll support Project Managers on commercial projects spanning office, multifamily, healthcare, higher ed, and federal generally in the $15M–$150M range, giving you exposure to a variety of project types rather than repeating the same building type.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction/engineering field requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction (APM, Project Engineer, or field experience with an interest in moving into project management)Supports day-to-day project execution — coordinating submittals, shop drawings, and site documentation, while working alongside the PM and Superintendent to keep schedules on track and subcontractor work moving.Helps manage cost control, from schedules of values and change orders to requisitions and payment tracking.Acts as a communication bridge between ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership, with opportunities for industry involvement and continued professional development.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving piecesInterest in building a long-term career with one companyWhat You'll GetCompetitive salary and performance bonusA structured path toward Project ManagerDirect mentorship from experienced PMs and leadershipFull benefits package (health, 401k match, vehicle/phone allowance)
