What You’ll Earn Training / Probation: $22/hr (up to 90 days) Experienced techs can move to full pay in as little as 30 days $200 bonus upon successful completion of probation Regular Pay: $26–$30/hr based on experience & performance Company vehicle during work hours Consistent schedule & year-round work Growth opportunities with a professional, respected company What You’ll Do Protect homes and businesses from pests Inspect properties and build smart, effective treatment plans Treat for ants, spiders, fleas, cockroaches, moths, flies, wasps, stored product pests & rodents Learn and perform rodent exclusion services Drive your daily route in San Francisco & San Mateo County Build trust with customers and deliver top-tier service Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean and organized Complete all scheduled jobs each day with pride What We’re Looking For Active Branch 2 Field Rep License (Required) 2+ years of pest control experience 21+ years old with a clean driving record Comfortable driving and parking in San Francisco Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Strong communication and customer service skills Confident using PPE, tools, sprayers, and traps A positive attitude and team-first mindset Career Growth at Exotek This is not a dead-end position.
