Embeded Project Lead

*Primary Skill Requirement:* 1. Must have 8- 10 year of working experience in Embedded C for Embedded product development 2. Planning and scheduling of development projects for customer requirements 3. Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum 4. Responsible for complete ownership of the project from requirement to delivery 5. Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management 6. Should possess strong customer interfacing skills along with good business acumen 7. Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation. 8. Flexible to handle pressure in adverse situations 9. Should Improve the process and productivity of the team 10. Should be able to handle the team size of more than 10 Members 11. Strong in C language programming. 12. Extensive Working Knowledge of 8/16/31 bit Microcontrollers. 13. Hands-on Low-level device drivers 14. Working Knowledge of Microcontroller peripherals – UART, I2C, SPI, ADC, DAC 15. Must have hands on experience in working with debuggers and programmers like JTAG 16. Must have experience in working with IAR compiler 17. Must be able to debug the FW on HW target 18. Should have basic understanding of HW schematic and HW peripherals 19. Must have exposure to software version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA. 20. Hands-on experience on Oscilloscopes, Multimeter, Logic analyzer, Solder station.
