Overview You will own EMC/RF compliance for complex hardware, leading test campaigns and lab bring-up to enable reliable releases. Work with hardware, firmware, and external labs to execute plans, and perform deep root-cause analysis to guide design changes. You will expand lab capabilities and author SOPs to ensure compliance-by-design. This role sits at the gatekeeper of hardware readiness, shaping high-speed components and sensitive modules for global standards. You’ll combine hands-on testing with cross-functional collaboration to accelerate robust, compliant platforms.
