Job Title: Territory Manager - Healthcare Services & SolutionsCompensation:Salary: $65,000Total Comp with Commission target: $115,000-$125,000$600 monthly for car allowance + Gas/mileageMed/dent/vis insurancePaid time off & paid company holidays401K w/ matchOverview: We're looking for a motivated and independent sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory. In this role, you'll build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help more people access important services and products. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with others, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a goal-driven environment, this could be a great fit for youKey ResponsibilitiesCreate and follow a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goalsGenerate new leads through networking, outreach, and territory planning.Build relationships with decision makers and influencersPresent the company’s services and value in person and through digital communicationSupport existing clients and identify ways to improve service and grow referrals.Track performance and adjust plans to improve results.Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teamsComplete administrative tasks such as CRM updates, expense reports, and travel planningWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (4+ preferred); consistent top sales performance is a plusBachelor’s degree in business or a related field.Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving.Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus)Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals.Willing to travel 25–35% for meetings and eventsWorking ConditionsMost work will be done in the field, meeting with clients and building new relationshipsSome physical activity may be involved, such as driving, sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 20 lbsOccasional national travel may be required for meetings or conferences.
