Kitchen Assistant (temporary – maternity cover)

We are recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant (temporary – maternity cover) to join our team at Woodlands Care Home. Woodlands is located within a residential area of Ripley, DE5. We provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.Position DetailsRate of Pay: The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage.Hours: 2 days per weekShift Times: Split shift of 07:00-14:00 and 15:30-18:30Schedule: We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and bank holidaysLocation: Butterley Hill, Ripley, DE5 3LWPlease consider travel times to our location due to the opportunity including split shifts.Cooking: Morning shifts include cooking breakfastThis is a temporary position due to maternity cover. The expected duration of the role is 9 months, but the successful candidate will be notified if a permanent opportunity arises during this period.We are looking for an individual who is caring, friendly and able to communicate with people at all levels.
