This leadership role is pivotal in driving the effective operations and execution of the organization's application portfolio, with a strong focus on enhancing user experience and delivering measurable outcomes. The CAO will be a trusted partner to clinical, operational, and administrative leaders, providing executive leadership for the strategy, governance, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications. Key responsibilities include ensuring the reliability, interoperability, security, and alignment of systems with the company's clinical, operational, and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will also play a critical role in the transition and integration of systems across hospital and ambulatory environments, with an emphasis on seamless workflows and consistent system performance.The ideal candidate for the Chief Applications Officer position at the company will be a subject matter expert with hands-on experience in large-scale system implementations. Exceptional relationship building and communication skills are essential for influencing, aligning, and leading across the complex organization.
