This company has great benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, quarterly bonuses and more.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:Lead programs from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements are met.Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, budgets, and performance dashboards.Track program performance using KPIs and provide clear visibility to leadership and stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Serve as the primary customer interface, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.Conduct regular internal and external reviews covering status, risks, issues, and contract obligations.Support negotiations for program changes, contract modifications, and customer requirements.Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and profitability while addressing variances.Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with policies and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.Promote cross-functional alignment, accountability, and smooth transition of new products into production.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
