This role involves managing logistics, personnel, and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily operations of multiple DME delivery locations within the region, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to patients. Operational Efficiency: Optimize the logistics and delivery processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medical equipment to patients. Financial Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of service and patient care. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance. Health and Safety: Collaborate with Director of Quality and Compliance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all regional locations. Everyday Responsibilities:Understand and enforce ACHC-required policies and procedures related to logistics activities. Monitors and ensures that Managers are effectively organizing delivery routes and managing the schedules for Service Technicians and Dispatchers dailyOversees the daily management reports and tracks KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) of the General ManagersOversee company’s centralized dispatch departmentConducts training and orientation for General Managers, including both initial and ongoing educationAudits inventory levels at each location to ensure adequacy and manage costs effectivelyFacilitates resolution process for service-related complaints, property damage, and accidentsOversees the retrieval of returned rented items, ensuring proper handling and placement in designated warehouses and areas according to company policiesEnsures that all company vehicles at each location are maintained according to company and manufacturer standardsEducates and enforces compliance among operations staff with laws, codes, and regulations relevant to company services and equipment, including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and state-specific requirementsImplements policies and procedures for the warehouses, ensuring alignment with applicable rules, regulations, and guidelinesEstablishes, implements, and monitors personnel practices related to working hours and on-duty conductManages documentation of significant events and administers disciplinary actions and terminations when warrantedRecruits, evaluates, and selects personnel in collaboration with the HR team to ensure alignment with job descriptionsEnsures an adequate number of personnel are available to handle all Operations-related tasks effectivelyPlans, implements, and documents meetings and educational programs for personnelQualifications3+ years of operational management with regional oversight preferredAssociate’s degree in business administration or related field preferredMust have a favorable background check as detailed in the Employee HandbookSkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbove average organizational skillsExcellent problem solving, negotiation, teaching, and project management skillsKnowledge of durable medical equipment and suppliesAbility to accept, utilize, and perform supervisionExhibits sincerity and patience in interactions with all company staffBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompany DescriptionWhy Work for Integra Healthcare Equipment?At Integra Healthcare Equipment, we’re more than just a service provider—we’re a dedicated team committed to enhancing the lives of patients in Nursing Homes and Hospice settings.
