ERP Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation (Dynamics 365 F&O)Greater Seattle, WA | Full‑time | OnsiteWe are seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager to lead a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. This initiative will strengthen financial management, project accounting, procurement, and supply chain processes across a complex enterprise environment.In this role, you’ll serve as the internal lead working closely with the implementation partner, ensuring delivery, accountability, and alignment across teams. You’ll oversee project plans, coordinate subject matter experts, and provide updates to senior leadership. Success requires ERP expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive large‑scale programs forward.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect daily execution of the ERP program.Develop and manage project plans, sessions, and deliverables.Ensure external partners meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders.Oversee phases such as design workshops, pilots, data migration, testing, and cutover.Deliver clear communication across executives, SMEs, and technical teams.Required Background7+ years of project management experience, including at least one end‑to‑end ERP implementation.Hands‑on expertise with Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics AX.Proven success managing external implementation partners.Strong knowledge of financial processes (GL, AR, AP, procurement, project accounting, fixed assets, month‑end close).ERP data migration experience (cleanup, mapping, validation, cutover).Preferred BackgroundExperience delivering ERP programs with major consulting partners.Exposure to HRIS, payroll, or field service integrations.Knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, master data governance).
