Junior Software/App Developer At EKO Strategies LLC we are looking for a talented junior software/app developer. As a Junior Software Developer at EKO Strategies, you will work closely with our senior developers to contribute to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior developer to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment working alongside our team members and clients. REQUIRED Implement software products Collaborate with the development team to design and implement software solutions Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and workflow optimization. Ability to perform various software development tasks as assigned Develop manual and automated tests Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in various programming languages Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing software applications Work with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to project planning Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and improve overall product/solution Regularly archive source code in GIT/code repository Desired Experience/Skills: Experience working in a team setting Technical understanding of fundamental application development methods & coding structure Computer Science or related specialization preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to research and problem-solve Clearance Requirement(s): Must possess or have the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance; Secret; Public Trust REQUIRED Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a technology-related major Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fairfax, VA 22033
