Quality Control InspectorLocation: Butler, New JerseyType: Contract-to-HireCompensation: $18 - $22 hourly DOE (+$1.75 3rd shift differential)Contractor Work Model: OnsiteHours: 3rd Shift, Monday to Friday (11PM to 7AM)Job DescriptionInspect finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standardsConduct first article and in-process inspectionsVerify calibration status of measurement devicesDocument inspections and report nonconformancesInterpret mechanical drawings and collaborate with production teamsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate quality records and assist with process improvementsQualifications2+ years of QC experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentProficiency with metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)Strong understanding of SPC techniques and quality standardsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsAble to lift 25-75 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be fluent in English with basic math skillsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joul, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
