Procurement Enablement Program Manager / Bilingual / Remote
For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Enablement Program Manager / Bilingual / Remote to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide cross-functional procurement transformation efforts and improvement projects, ensuring program execution is aligned with enterprise priorities. The position will partner closely with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR stakeholders to streamline workflows, support global adoption of new processes, and strengthen operating discipline across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, executive communication skills, and experience working across diverse teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of cross-functional procurement transformations and improvement projects Serve as project lead for procurement initiatives within broader enterprise programs Streamline workflows and drive global adoption of new operational processes Communicate project status and performance metrics to executive management Ensure alignment with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR partners
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs across diverse teams Strong understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle Experience as a procurement practitioner is preferred Familiarity with modern procurement technologies and emerging AI capabilities Project management certification (PMP or Agile) is a plus Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
